I am licensed in Nebraska as a Licensed Independent Mental Health Provider (LIMHP) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have worked with people of all ages in many settings and various roles, including small businesses and large corporations, as a pre-school director, hospice social worker/bereavement, volunteering, and leading groups of all ages. I am heartfelt about collaborating with people to live beautifully, authentically, and wholeheartedly.
I am passionate about teaching individuals and couples about communication, compassionate boundaries, heart listening, emotions, sexual intimacy and interpersonal skills. I enjoy providing art therapy groups, leading grief groups, and therapy groups. Also, I prepare and teach workshops on various topics, such as healthy couples, grief, self-compassion, mindfulness and more.
Personally, I am a wife, a Mom of two daughters and a mama of 2 beautifully spirited dogs. I practice in life enjoying my passions of running, hiking, yoga, cooking, baking, meditation, reading, traveling, loving my friends and living each day fully.
My journey of a thousand steps had many single steps that were turning points. Some of those single steps were from painful experiences and some blessings of new in my life. Each step there were people who loved and guided me to learning and practicing how to live wholeheartedly and spiritually. I am so passionate about being able to walk alongside others for their steps.
